I started a new diet trying to loose some weight so this week I’ve been thinking a lot about food and my favourite meals! One of the winners would definitely be P I Z Z A ! So I thought I should share with you the recipe for the easiest pizza dough. This dough can also be used as pastry for pies or even to make small homemade bread loafs!
Start with mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. Once the dough has absorbed all the liquids, start knitting until you get a firm dough.
Cover the dough with some cooking film and place to a warm spot. Leave it for two hours or until it doubles its volume.
Once the dough is ready, you can roll it out and place in a baking tray that you have sprayed with olive oil. Use your favourite toppings and bake for 45 minutes in a 200C oven. You will enjoy your homemade pizza – this is really good for kids too, kids love pizza and this way you are certain that you provide something healthy and fresh for your family.
I used bacon, fresh mushrooms, olives and of course cheese! Yummy!!!
Tip: Add ketchup and a bit of mustard for extra flavour!
